The Postdoctoral Research Station was established in August 2013 with the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. According to the system and regulations of the relevant post-doctoral research stations of the state, the program closely integrate the company's strategic development goals, and build a first-class post-doctoral research station as a guideline, focusing on security chips, smart card chips, trusted computing, mobile payment and Internet value-added applications. The program will be built into an innovative platform for cultivating high-level talents and promoting basic theory and technology research.
The company will make full use of the post-doctoral research station, vigorously support doctor to make R&D in the station, and build a talented platform for technical innovation:
◆ Employ overseas senior experts and scholars as members of the post-doctoral expert steering committee, scholars from leading domestic universities and research institutes, experts from relevant national ministries and commissions, and experts in the company as postdoctoral instructors.
◆ Provide good working and living conditions for postdocs, supports researchers to study hard and innovate. Encourage researchers to produce more results. According to the principle of two-way selection and merit-based recruitment, researchers with outstanding achievements and outstanding performance can be gave priority to joining the company when they leave the station.
Application conditions
Basic requirements:
1, Have a good political and moral cultivation level, abide by the law, no plagiarism and other unscrupulous academic ethics records;
2, Have obtained Ph.D. of relevant majors in domestic and oversea or graduated from other post-doctoral stations, and the researchers whose majors matched with our project;
3, Good health, age is under 35 years old;
4, Have a solid theoretical foundation, strong independent research ability and good professionalism;
5, Have a good team spirit and communication skills;
6, Work experience in large group or research institutions is preferred;
7, Have the conditions for full-time of post-doctoral research work, and cannot be part-time.
Research basis:
1, Ph.D. in information security, cryptography, microelectronics, communication and information systems, digital signal processing, microelectronics and solid state electronics, communications and electronic engineering;
2, More than two years of relevant research experience;
3, Published 2 articles (inclusive) or more in foreign journals and international conferences;
4, CET-6 or above, good oral English；
5, Understand relevant research results in domestic and oversea;
6, Can independently write an application for scientific research projects;
7, Ability to lead research teams to carry out research work.

(2) Written test and interview
This site adopts the principle of “strict examination, merit-based admission” to recruit post-doctoral researchers in an open, fair and impartial manner.
