N32WB031 series Bluetooth IC is a new generation of Bluetooth 5.1 IC with high performance and ultra-low power consumption. Based on 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, with a maximum operating frequency up to 64MHz, It integrates up to 48KB SRAM and 256 / 512KB flash. It integrates the advanced ble5.1 RF transceiver and conforms to the Bluetooth BLE5.1 specification. It can be configured as standard 1Mbps BLE mode, 2Mbps enhanced BLE mode, 125kbps BLE remote mode (S8), 500kbps BLE remote mode (S2). It supports AOA (angle of arrival) and AOD (angle of departure), RSSI (receiver signal strength indication), master-slave roles, multiple connections, Data pack extension, keyscan, IRC, 10 bit 1.33msps ADC (configurable as 16 bit 16ksps), analog MIC input, PGA amplification, and also supports basic, general and advanced timer, RTC, wwdg, iwdg, lpuart, USART, SPI, I2C and other peripherals.
